Frontend Developer Opportunity in Healthcare Technology
As part of our growing Research & Development team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals across development, clinical, and operational disciplines. You will contribute to the creation of user-centered web applications that integrate critical healthcare data and support better decision-making for clinical and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities in Frontend Software Development
- Develop, maintain, and improve responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks and technologies (such as React or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver seamless, accessible, and performant user experiences across devices and browsers.
- Transform user requirements and feedback into intuitive features and interfaces that simplify complex healthcare workflows.
- Contribute to code reviews, software testing, and technical documentation to ensure quality and reliability in all deliverables.
- Participate in cross-functional team activities within our international setting.
- Utilize Agile development processes.
Qualifications and Experience for Frontend Developer Roles
- 3–5 years of professional experience building and shipping production-ready web applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Proficiency in core frontend technologies—HTML5, CSS3, and common build / version-control workflows (Webpack / Vite, Git).
- Practical understanding of frontend frameworks and state-management libraries, plus a solid grasp of secure-by-default patterns (CSP, strict TypeScript typing, XSS/CSRF prevention).
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Vitest/Jest, Cypress).
- Sound knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and usability best practices.
- Comfortable collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic sector such as healthcare IT.
- Strong analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Scandinavian language skills are an advantage.
