With 17 years of experience in the HR and Competence Development profession, I am experienced in facilitating HR in a way that supports the organization in reaching its business objectives. My roles have all been crucial with regards to create, develop and maintain company culture, and HR processes that supports the business as well as alleviates pressure for line Managers is my clear passion and strength. 

I have recruited in all my roles, including for companies like Jotun, L'Oreal, Wikborg Rein and Avonova. I am now responsible for all recruitments in DNV Imatis. 

I am 43 years old, and live in Sandefjord, Norway. I have two children, and my hobbies are flyfishing, recreational hunting and hiking.
